There are three major factors in selecting a home: location, style and cost. The best approach to finding your dream home is to look at as many houses as possible. Use our property search form to narrow down your selections and find out what is available in the Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley areas. This form provides results from the local Multiple Listing Service. By any standard, the MLS is the largest source for property information. You can search the MLS on the basis of location or price, or choose a real estate sales representative to suggest properties on the basis of your preferences. Many buyers prefer both approaches.
